He has seen too many battles to retain his surprise at any injury and has retained his commitment to treating them all. He works alone and has declined reinforcements three times.

Brenn trained under Healer Sana in Shadow Vale before accepting a posting at Titan's Pass that was described to him as temporary and has extended to nine years. He has been in the middle of four major faction skirmishes that passed through the Pass corridor and has treated combatants from both sides of each. The factions have reached an informal understanding that his station is a protected site, an understanding enforced not by formal treaty but by the practical observation that everyone eventually needs medical care and Brenn is the closest qualified provider in the region.
