Rules of Conduct

1. Fair Play

• Play honestly. Do not use bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools.
• Do not exploit bugs or glitches. Report them to the support team.
• Do not share or sell your account. One player per account.
• Do not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages (multi-accounting).

2. Respect Other Players

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech of any kind.
• No discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or orientation.
• No inappropriate or offensive character names, clan names, or chat messages.
• No spamming, flooding, or disruptive behavior in chat channels.
• No real-world trading (RWT) — do not buy/sell in-game items for real money outside the game.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Using third-party software to modify game data or network traffic.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts.
• Exploiting game mechanics to duplicate items, gold, or experience.
• Interfering with server operation or other players' connections.
• Impersonating game staff or moderators.

4. Consequences

• First offense: Warning or temporary mute (1-24 hours).
• Second offense: Temporary ban (3-7 days).
• Third offense: Permanent ban. All progress and items forfeited.
• Severe violations (hacking, RWT, threats): Immediate permanent ban without warning.

5. Appeals

If you believe your ban was issued in error, you may appeal by contacting us at our contact page. Include your username, the date of the ban, and a brief explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days.

6. Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of these rules, report it in-game using the Report button or contact support. All reports are reviewed confidentially.
