Drop Rates at a Glance
First, the reality check. Legendary items have a base drop rate of 0.5% from standard dungeon bosses. That's 1 legendary every 200 boss kills under baseline conditions — which is why knowing how to improve those odds matters so much.
| Source | Base Legendary Chance | Boosted Chance | Avg. Time to First Legendary |
|---|---|---|---|
| D5–D8 final boss | 0.3% | 0.5% (with LCK) | ~2–3 weeks daily |
| D9 final boss | 0.8% | 1.4% (with LCK) | ~1 week daily |
| D10 final boss | 1.5% | 2.6% (with LCK) | 3–5 days daily |
| Mythic+ D10 boss | 2.5% | 4.2% (with LCK) | 1–2 days |
| Token Vendor (Fragment forge) | Guaranteed | Guaranteed | ~10–14 days farming |
| Black Market | Guaranteed | Guaranteed | Depends on gold supply |
Method 1: D9 & D10 Boss Farming
Dungeon 9 & 10 — Final Boss Daily Runs
The most accessible method for players who have cleared D8. The D10 final boss (Malphas the Eternal) has the highest base Legendary drop rate of any repeatable content at 1.5%. With LCK stacking and the Inspiring Mythic+ modifier, this can reach 2.6%.
- D9 requires minimum 320 ATK + 180 DEF to clear reliably
- D10 requires 400+ ATK + 250+ DEF, or 380 ATK with a strong lifesteal build
- Daily reset resets the drop chance — there is no pity system, each run is independent
- Use all 3 daily stamina refills to maximise runs per day
- Blood Moon event (every 7 days) doubles legendary drop rates for 24 hours
Save your Stamina Boost Potions for Blood Moon events. Running D10 during the 2× drop window is the highest single-day legendary chance available in the game outside of Mythic+.
Method 2: Legendary Fragments (Token Vendor)
Dungeon Token Vendor — Fragment Forge
Added in the Q2 2026 update, this is now the most reliable non-RNG path to Legendary gear. Collect 750 Dungeon Tokens, purchase 5 Legendary Fragments (150 tokens each), and forge them into a Legendary item of your choice.
- The forge lets you select the item slot (weapon, armour type, accessory)
- Forged items have a random stat roll within the Legendary stat range — no specific item targeting
- Efficient token farming: D7/D8 Mythic+ runs give the best token-per-stamina ratio
- Daily Token Quest grants +25 bonus tokens — never skip it
- Clan War wins grant 50–150 bonus tokens to all contributing members
Token Farming Rate Reference
| Dungeon | Tokens per Clear | Time per Run | Tokens/Hour (est.) |
|---|---|---|---|
| D5 Normal | 8 | ~5 min | ~96 |
| D7 Normal | 15 | ~8 min | ~112 |
| D7 Mythic+1 | 22 | ~10 min | ~132 |
| D8 Mythic+1 | 30 | ~12 min | ~150 |
| D10 Normal | 40 | ~15 min | ~160 |
| D10 Mythic+2 | 65 | ~20 min | ~195 |
Method 3: Black Market Purchases
Black Market — Direct Legendary Purchase
The Black Market refreshes every 48 hours with a limited stock of high-rarity items, including 1–3 Legendary pieces per cycle. This is the fastest method if you have surplus gold — but prices are steep and specific items are never guaranteed.
- Legendary weapons: 8,000–15,000 Gold depending on stats
- Legendary armour pieces: 5,000–10,000 Gold
- Legendary accessories: 6,000–12,000 Gold
- Market stock is server-wide — popular items sell out within hours of refresh
- Set a Gold Notification Alert (Settings → Notifications) to get alerted on Black Market refresh
For a detailed breakdown of the fastest gold-earning methods, see our Crafting vs Buying guide. The Auction House + crafting loop is the most consistent 5,000+ gold/week method for active players.
Method 4: Mythic+ Bonus Loot
Mythic+ Bonus Loot Chests
Completing Mythic+ dungeons (available for D5–D10) awards a Bonus Loot Chest at the end of each run. These chests have significantly higher Legendary drop rates than standard dungeon loot — and the rate scales with the Mythic+ level completed.
- Mythic+1 chest: 1.0% Legendary chance
- Mythic+3 chest: 2.0% Legendary chance
- Mythic+5 chest: 3.5% Legendary chance
- Mythic+7 chest: 5.0% Legendary chance
- Mythic+10 chest: 8.0% Legendary chance
- Weekly completion bonus: first Mythic+7 or higher per week grants an extra chest
Method 5: LCK Stacking for Drop Rate
LCK Stat Optimisation — Passive Drop Rate Boost
LCK (Luck) directly increases item drop quality — including the chance of upgrading a drop from Epic to Legendary. This isn't a standalone method, but a multiplier that improves every other farming method simultaneously.
- LCK formula: every 100 LCK = approximately +0.15% Legendary drop rate
- Base LCK by race: Vampire 35, Werewolf 28 — LCK builds favour Vampire
- Target 300+ LCK for a meaningful boost without sacrificing core combat stats
- Lucky Charm accessories add 40–80 LCK — farm or buy 2 for both accessory slots
- Fortune Rune: socketed into armour, adds +50 LCK and +5% item quality roll
- Blood Moon Ritual (Vampire passive): temporary +200 LCK for 1 hour on Blood Moon days
A full LCK-stacked build (300+ LCK) is not recommended as a primary combat build — it sacrifices too much ATK/DEF. The sweet spot is 150–200 LCK via accessories and runes without touching your primary stat allocation.
Method Comparison

| Black Market | 5K–15K gold | Instant | Partially (stock) | Gold-rich players |
| Mythic+ Chests | Low | Per-run bonus | Yes (high rate) | Geared endgame |
| LCK Stacking | Medium | One-time setup | Multiplier (not method) | All players |
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Don't waste tokens on consumables at the vendor — they were moved to the Battle Pass in Q2 2026. Tokens are now only valuable for Fragment farming; spend them exclusively on Legendary Fragments.
- Farming D5–D8 for legendaries — the drop rate (0.3%) makes it extremely inefficient. Get to D9 first, then farm properly.
- Skipping Blood Moon — the 2× legendary rate during Blood Moon is the single most impactful free boost. Log in every Blood Moon.
- Ignoring the Daily Token Quest — it takes 2 minutes and grants 25 bonus tokens. Missing 14 days = missing a full Legendary Fragment.
- Buying Legendary shards (not fragments) — shards are crafting components for Epic items, not the same as Legendary Fragments. Check the item name carefully at the vendor.
- Stacking pure LCK builds — sacrificing too much ATK/DEF to maximise LCK actually reduces your legendary-per-hour by slowing dungeon clears. Balance is key.
- Not checking the Black Market at refresh — Legendary items sell out fast. Set a 48-hour alarm for market refresh time (00:00 server time every other day).
