1 The Two Advanced Crafting Stations
Beyond the basic Forge and Alchemy Lab, two advanced stations open up the gear customization system. Both are unlocked progressively:
Enchant Table — Mage Tower
Available at level 20+. Adds a permanent magical effect to any Uncommon or better weapon or armor piece. Each item can hold one enchantment. To change an enchantment, you must use a Disenchant Crystal (drops from mobs lv 30+, or crafted at the Forge).
Rune Workshop — Rune Forge
Available at level 35+. Socketes permanent stat-boosting runes into gear slots. Each item has a specific slot type (Weapon, Armor, Boots, Chest). Unlike enchantments, runes can be removed and re-socketed freely using a Rune Extractor.
KEY DIFFERENCE
Enchantments modify how your gear works (life steal, element damage, dodge). Runes boost raw stats (STR, DEF, VIT). You apply both independently — one enchantment AND one rune per item.
2 Enchanting — How It Works
To enchant an item, visit Enchanter Vael in the Mage Tower (Region 9). You'll need:
- The target item (must be Uncommon rarity or higher — Common items cannot be enchanted)
- An Enchant Scroll (base requirement for all enchantments)
- Additional materials depending on the enchantment type
- Gold fee (scales with item rarity and enchantment tier)
IMPORTANT
Common (grey) items cannot be enchanted. Legendary enchantments (e.g., Legendary Flame) can only be applied to Rare or higher items. Enchanting a Rare+ item with a Legendary enchantment does NOT increase item rarity — it only adds the effect.
3 All Enchantments
| Enchantment | Effect | Materials Required | Rarity Req. |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sharp | +10% ATK | Enchant Scroll ×1 | Uncommon+ |
| Tough | +10% DEF | Enchant Scroll ×1 | Uncommon+ |
| Swift | +8% AGI | Enchant Scroll ×1 | Uncommon+ |
| Blood-Infused | +5% Life Steal | Enchant Scroll ×1 + Blood Vial ×3 | Uncommon+ |
| Moon-Blessed | +8% Rage fill rate | Enchant Scroll ×1 + Moon Flower ×3 | Uncommon+ |
| Shadow-Touched | +10% Dodge chance | Enchant Scroll ×1 + Dark Essence ×3 | Uncommon+ |
| Legendary Flame | +15% ATK + Fire 5% per turn | Legendary Crystal ×1 | Rare+ |
| Eternal Frost | +12% ATK + 15% Slow chance | Void Crystal ×2 + Legendary Crystal ×1 | Epic+ |
| Void Strike | +20% Magic Resist + 10% ATK | Void Crystal ×3 + Soul Fragment ×5 | Epic+ |
Enchant Scrolls drop from monsters level 20+ and can also be purchased from the Black Market during its weekly rotation. They're consumed on use — one scroll per enchanting attempt.
4 Rune Workshop — How It Works
Runes are crafted at the Rune Workshop using Runemaster Orvyn in Region 6 (Crimson Forest area, unlocked after completing the "Rune Origins" side quest at level 35). Each rune:
- Is crafted from specific materials (listed in the recipes below)
- Fits into a specific gear slot (Weapon, Armor, Boots, or Chest)
- Provides a permanent flat stat bonus to the socketed item
- Can be extracted with a Rune Extractor (crafted at the Forge from Troll Bone ×3 + Iron Ore ×5)
RUNE STACKING
You can have multiple runes socketed across different gear slots. For example, a Rune of Power in your weapon AND a Rune of Life in your chest are both active simultaneously — they don't conflict.
5 All Runes
| Rune | Slot | Effect | Materials (to craft) | Race |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rune of Power | Weapon | STR +15 | Soul Fragment ×5 | Any |
| Rune of Guard | Armor | DEF +15 | Troll Bone ×5 | Any |
| Rune of Speed | Boots | AGI +12 | Harpy Feather ×5 | Any |
| Rune of Life | Chest | VIT +12, Max HP +60 | Blood Herb ×10 | Any |
| Rune of Blood | Weapon | Life Steal +8% | Vampire Dust ×3 | Vampire |
| Rune of Rage | Weapon | Rage fill +15% | Alpha Wolf Core ×2 | Werewolf |
| Rune of Void | Any | Magic Resist +15% | Void Crystal ×5 | Any |
| Rune of Fortune | Any | LCK +12, Gold drops +8% | Crimson Rose ×8 + Moon Crystal Fragment ×1 | Any |
| Master Rune | Weapon | STR +25, ATK +10% | Master Rune Stone ×1 + Soul Fragment ×10 | Any |
| Ancient Rune | Any | All stats +10, HP +100 | Ancient Rune Stone ×1 + Void Crystal ×5 | Lv 70+ |
Race-restricted runes (Blood and Rage) are only craftable and usable by the respective race. They provide higher bonuses than their generic equivalents to compensate for the restriction.
6 Best Combos for Vampire Builds
Vampire — DPS / Life Steal Build
- Weapon enchant: Blood-Infused (+5% Life Steal) — scales with every hit
- Weapon rune: Rune of Blood (+8% Life Steal) — stacks with enchant for 13% total
- Armor enchant: Tough (+10% DEF) — survivability so life steal has time to work
- Chest rune: Rune of Life (+60 HP) — bigger HP pool = more effective life steal
- Boots rune: Rune of Speed (+12 AGI) — more hits per round = more life steal procs
This build effectively gives you near-unlimited sustain in long fights. The life steal from both Blood-Infused enchant and Rune of Blood stacks additively, resulting in 13% life steal per hit — effectively healing 130 HP per 1,000 damage dealt.
Vampire — Critical / Burst Build
- Weapon enchant: Sharp (+10% ATK) or Legendary Flame for endgame
- Weapon rune: Rune of Power (+15 STR) — raw damage scaling
- Armor enchant: Shadow-Touched (+10% Dodge) — aggressive play needs safety valve
- Any slot rune: Rune of Fortune (+12 LCK) — luck directly increases crit rate for Vampires
7 Best Combos for Werewolf Builds
Werewolf — Tank / Berserker Build
- Weapon enchant: Moon-Blessed (+8% Rage fill rate) — Berserker mode activates faster
- Weapon rune: Rune of Rage (+15% Rage fill) — stacks with Moon-Blessed for 23% total
- Armor enchant: Tough (+10% DEF)
- Chest rune: Rune of Life (+VIT +12, HP +60)
- Boots rune: Rune of Guard (+15 DEF)
The Moon-Blessed + Rune of Rage combination means Berserker mode activates in the second or third round of combat rather than later — crucial for PvP where fights are decided in the first few exchanges.
Werewolf — Hybrid Damage Build
- Weapon enchant: Sharp (+10% ATK)
- Weapon rune: Master Rune (STR +25, ATK +10%) — endgame pick
- Armor enchant: Moon-Blessed
- Any slot rune: Rune of Void (+15% Magic Resist) — for dungeon boss magic damage
8 Tips, Tricks & Common Mistakes
- Don't enchant low-rarity items. Enchanting an Uncommon item is a waste of materials if you're going to replace it in 2 levels. Wait until you have gear you'll use for a while (Rare or Epic).
- Rune of Void is underrated for dungeons. Boss magic attacks hit hard at level 35+. Magic Resist +15% from Rune of Void can be the difference between surviving a boss ability or not.
- Use Rune Extractors before scrapping gear. Don't sell or discard enchanted/runed items without extracting first. A Master Rune costs enormous materials to craft — recover it before selling the base item.
- Legendary Flame + Rune of Power is the meta weapon combo for DPS at endgame. The fire DoT (5% per turn) paired with +15% ATK base and +15 STR from the rune creates devastating sustained damage.
- Ancient Rune is worth the investment. All stats +10 and HP +100 from a single rune socketed in any slot is the single most efficient rune in the game. Craft it once you hit level 70 and keep it forever.
- Disenchant Crystals are rare. Farming them takes time. Plan your enchantment choice carefully — don't apply an enchantment "just to test" if you're not sure it fits your build.
FINAL SETUP — BEST-IN-SLOT
For any build: Legendary Flame (weapon) + Ancient Rune (weapon) + Tough (armor) + Rune of Life (chest) + Rune of Void (any) gives the highest combined performance for endgame content. Vampire players swap Rune of Void for Rune of Blood; Werewolf players swap for Rune of Rage.
