Is the Prestige System Worth It in VvW?

What Prestige actually resets
Prestige unlocks once you reach level 80. Choosing to prestige resets your level back to 1, and wipes your current XP, skill points, and stat points — your Strength/Defense/Dexterity/Luck/HP all drop back to your race's base stats. What it does not touch: your gear, inventory, and gold all stay exactly as they were. You keep everything you've earned; only your character-progression numbers reset.
What you get for it
Each Prestige level is permanent and stacks two passive bonuses for the rest of the account's life: +10% XP gained per prestige level, and +5% bonus gold from battles per prestige level. There's also a dedicated "First Prestige" achievement the moment you hit P1. The system caps at P5 — once you're at max prestige, the level-80 reset option disappears.
Is it worth it?
Because gear and gold are untouched, the actual cost of prestiging is time: you're re-grinding levels 1–80 you've already done once. The upside is compounding — a fresh P1 character levels measurably faster than a first-timer because of the +10% XP bonus, and each subsequent prestige stacks on top (P3 = +30% XP, +15% gold, and so on). If you're already at level 80 with nothing left to chase in your current progression tier, prestiging is close to free value — you lose nothing you own and gain a permanent, stacking boost for every future level 1–80 climb, including alt characters if you re-roll race/build.
