Loot Value Calculator FAQ
How are loot values estimated?
Each rarity tier carries a baseline gold value derived from the game's average vendor and auction-house prices. Your total is the sum of each item count multiplied by its tier's value. Override any tier's price to match current conditions on your server.
Are these prices live or real-time?
No — the defaults are static baseline estimates, not a live market feed. Auction prices fluctuate with supply and demand, so treat the totals as a planning guide and edit each rarity's price using the going rate you see in the auction house.
How do I sell my loot for the most gold?
Sell rare, epic, legendary, and mythic items on the auction house where players bid competitively, and dump common and uncommon junk to the vendor for a guaranteed floor. Post high-value gear during peak evening hours and undercut the lowest listing by a small margin to sell quickly.
Is there a gold cap?
Yes. Characters can hold up to 2,147,483,647 gold, and any surplus beyond the cap is lost. If your estimate pushes you near the cap, spend or bank gold in your clan vault before selling large hauls.
Can I customize the value of each rarity?
Yes. Every rarity row has an editable price-per-item field. Change any value and the total, average, and breakdown recalculate instantly, so you can model your own server's economy or a specific item set.
