Battle Standard (party +10% atk), Rally Aura (party +8% crit), Inspire (5s burst window), Weaken (enemy −15% defense).
Stat priority
Charisma (boosts buff potency) > HP. Crit Chance for Inspire proc on your own hits.
Gear
Warlord's Regalia (4-piece: +15% Battle Standard radius). Off-hand: Tome of War Cries for −5s Inspire CD.
Rotation
Pre-pull: Battle Standard + Rally Aura. On boss pull: Weaken debuff → Inspire when party is at full resonance.
Coordination
Call Inspire timing in party chat 3s early. Peak value when synced with DPS burst cooldowns.
