Role-specific raid builds for VvW Guild Boss encounters 2026 — Tank, Healer, and DPS optimization with raid assignments.
Raid composition
Optimal 10-player raid: 2 tanks + 2 healers + 6 DPS. Never bring more than 2 tanks — aggro overlap wastes slots.
Tank assignment
Main tank on boss. Off-tank picks up adds on spawn. Coordinate taunt swap at 10 stacks of Sundering Wound.
Healer assignment
Healer 1: raid-wide HoTs. Healer 2: spot-heal tanks. Communicate cooldown rotation pre-pull.
DPS priority
Burn adds before boss (adds buff boss if alive >15s). Then switch to boss at 100% resonance for burst phase.
Boss mechanic
At 50% HP: boss channels Eclipse Pulse (wipe if not interrupted). Assign Interrupt duty to 2 DPS — never miss it.
Loot rules
Main Spec Need > Off Spec Need > Greed. Call out before rolling. One big item per player per week (gentlemen's agreement).
